Sales Manager

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PDT (12am - 9am Manila time)
  • With 1 hour unpaid break in between.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of at least 5 sales agents to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

  • Oversee the daily activities and performance of the sales team.

  • Train and mentor sales agents, providing guidance and feedback.

  • Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools to track sales and customer engagement.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.

  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns.

  • Set sales goals, track progress, and report results to senior management.

  • Handle key customer accounts and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and sales best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role in sales.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Extensive experience in sales strategy, planning, and execution.

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in sales techniques and trends.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in leading sales teams in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Advanced training or certification in sales or related fields.

  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Experience in developing and conducting sales training programs.

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
